Post-Apocalyptic Fail

Looks like an East German architect was mandated to redesign downtown Chernobyl. Since city council has abandoned all hope of revitalizing downtown by building the arena on the east side, it is a fitting tribute.

It may be possible to salvage something. How about closing the streets and having an outdoor market?
